Monthly plans are non-refundable once the dashboard has been unlocked for that billing period, because the moment you subscribe the full month of service is delivered at once: the live remote job board, every job we add throughout the week, and the Vault, our library of the remote roles we have already posted (hundreds of listings), all of the free tools, and the weekly briefing in your inbox. Some listings in the Vault library may already be closed; what we provide is the library and the fresh roles we add, and the openings that are still active are the ones worth applying to. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the month you already paid for. Annual refunds are prorated: when one is approved we keep $29 for every month of service already started, counted from the annual charge, and return the balance — $115 back inside the first 30 days, $86 in month two, $57 in month three, $28 in month four, and nothing after four started months because the year is fully earned. Paid access continues through the months kept, future billing stops, and the account then returns to free automatically.
